Capacitive Sensors
Capacitive proximity sensors will detect most materials - conductive and non-conductive. This makes them ideal for level detection in raw plastic delivery systems and in agricultural applications.
Inductive Sensors
Inductive sensors are primarily used to detect metal parts and objects. These sensors are used extensively in packaging and plastics machines, assembly lines and conveyor systems.
Ultrasonic Sensors
Ultrasonic sensors are specifically designed for presence and absence detection, and are ideally suited for detecting objects,such as transparent objects, that cannot be reliably detected by other sensors.
Photoelectric Sensors
Photoelectric sensors which are used extensively on packaging machinery, automatic door systems, and in car washes, where detection is required from greater distances.
Colour Sensors
The color sensor can detect real colors. The emitter, consisting of three LEDs (red, green and blue), emits light to the object; the reflected light is analyzed by the receiver circuit and compared with the stored reference signal. The output changes state if the received signal is within the selected tolerances. The sensor consists of an amplifier and detachable fiber heads with different focus distance. The sensor can be used for both reflective as well as transparent materials.
